Information I collect
I only collect what you choose to send me. When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write. When you subscribe to The Montag Margin, I collect the email address you enter and the time of your opt-in. I may also receive routine technical information, such as browser or device details, through website hosting and security services. Do not submit sensitive health, financial, or confidential business information through this site.
How I use it
I use contact form details to read and reply to your message. I use subscription details to maintain the newsletter list and, once a sending service is set up, to send the newsletter you requested. I may use routine technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. Hosting providers may record basic, aggregated visit information needed to run and secure the site.
Storage and service providers
Contact form messages and newsletter signups are stored using Lovable Cloud. Website hosting and infrastructure providers may process information to provide and secure the site. A future email delivery provider will need access to subscriber addresses when sending begins; this policy should be updated with provider details before that happens.
Your choices
You can ask me to delete a message you sent, remove you from the newsletter list, or share the information you submitted by emailing eliese@montagcoaching.com. Newsletter messages will include an unsubscribe option when sending begins. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights.
Retention and security
I keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and follow up, and subscription information while you remain subscribed or as needed for legitimate legal and operational purposes. I use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
